Hi sweet friends,
First month of the year is almost done. How are we feeling? I’m still trying to stick to my goals, already failed some - but we don’t give up, we re-evaluate and get back to it.
It’s interesting, working in the wellness field and seeing so much content out there in the beginning of the year. Some of it is motivating and nice, some of it is just for clicks, and some of it makes no sense. I hope the content you see from me never feels that way. Wellness isn’t easy, so I am not going to say it should be, but it shouldn’t be so complicated that it feels overwhelming. It should be sustainable, and do-able. So I hope that’s what you find here.
Along those lines, I think we tend to feel like wellness is food and exercise. It’s so much more than that. Its the wardrobe you choose to wear, the style that makes you feel the most you, the environment you choose to live in, the products you use… everything that contributes to the feeling of optimal wellness. So you will find all those things here too.
Anyway, wanted to share the recent things I loved in the form of 10 things I really loved this month. With explanations!
